Quick Hearts:
Go talk to any of the fortune tellers. Pay to hear your fortune, and when he's done you get all of your hearts filled up!
Sprinke Magic Powder on an Anti-fairy and it will turn into a Fairy
Magic Refills
Use the Ice Rod or the Ether Spell to freeze enemies. hit em and you get magic!
Throw an empty bottle into a Waterfall of Wishing, and when you get it back it will be filled with Green Potion!
Get the Magic Cape early:
At any point after you first get to the dark world, go to the Cemetary. Use the Magic Mirror to warp around near the tombstone that has the Magic Cape under it, and you can find your way into that little space. Dash into the headstone, traverse the cave, and get the Magic Cape!
Increse your Magic Meter:
After you've gotten the Hammer, head to the Blacksmith's hut in Kakariko (Light World). Use the Hammer on the post to access a ledge from which you can jump into the nearby well. Do so, then take the upper door. Sprinkle some Magic Powder on the alter and the Mad Batter will appear. As punishment for waking him, he says he'll decrease your Magic Power by half. But it seems he's not much of a morning person, since he actually cuts your usage in half. In other words, spells use up half the amount of magic they did before!
