#1 - Clock Tower
On the Clock Tower - Give the Moon's Tear to the Akindo Nut to gain access to the Deku Flower, then use said flower to soar to the Clock Tower balcony and nap the heart.
#2 - Stock Pot Inn
Give any piece of paper in your posession to the Hand in the Toilet.
#3 - Deku Scrub Playground
Get a perfect score 3 days in a row at the Playground.
#4 - North Clock Town
Jump from pillar to pillar near the ramp, and jump into the tree.
#5 - Post Office
At night, head into the Post Office and talk to the Postman. He'll challenge you to push the A button when you think 10 seconds is up. If you want to cheat, wear the Bunny Hood and the timer will stay on the screen. Or use a stopwatch like I did the first time.
#6 - Swordsman's School
Complete the Expert Course with a perfect score of 30. To get 30, simply do the jump attack on all the logs.
#7 - Honey & Darlin's Shop
Get a perfect score 3 days in a row.
#8 - North Clock Town
Scatter the running bushes while wearing the Keaton Mask, and a Keaton will appear. Answer all his questions correctly to get this Heart Piece.
#9 - West Clock Town
Do the Kamaro's Mask's dance in front of the Rosa Sisters, and they'll give you this Heart Piece.
#10 - Mailbox
Wear the Postman's Hat and look into any mailbox in Clock Town.
#11 - Town Shooting Gallery
Get a perfect score.
#12 - Treasure Chest Shop
Talk to the girl as Goron Link, then make it to the chest within the time limit. Hint: when the game starts, take off the Goron Mask and put on the Bunny Hood.
#13 - Bank
Deposit a total of 5,000 Rupees into the bank.
#14 - Stock Pot Inn
Wear the All-Night Mask and talk to Anju's Grandmother, then ask to hear the story about the Carnival. Answer the question correctly at the end for a Heart Piece.
#15 - Stock Pot Inn
Wear the All-Night Mask and talk to Anju's Grandmother, then ask to hear the story about the Four Giants. Answer the question with "I dunno" for the Heart Piece.
#16 - Mayor's Residence
Walk into the meeting wearing the Couple's Mask and the Mayor will give you this Heart Piece.
Termina Field: (Pieces 17-21)
#17 - Outside Astral Observatory
Look at Clock Town through the telescope to the left of the tower to see the Akindo Nut flying out of town. Follow his path until you see him disappear into a hole. Leave the Observatory and enter the hole, and talk to the Nut. He'll offer you a Heart Piece for 150 Rupees, but if you say "no" he'll make a final offer of 100. Note: You can't get this Piece if you've already traded the Moon's Tear for the Title Deed.
#18 - Outside of Milk Road
Find the hidden hole (swarm of butterflies by the Deku Baba), and defeat the Peahat inside for this Heart Piece.
