Minish Woods
First Wind Crest you encouter. After coming out of the Minish Elder's house and then enlarging your self with the stump you should see it. Or you could use the brige in the southeastern part of the Eastern Hills.
South Hyrule Field
This Wind Crest can be found behind Link's house.
Hyrule Town
All the way to the north is where this Wind Crest lies.
Mount Crenel
You can find this one west of Melari's mine.
Castor Wild
Run east from the 3 Big Statues(near the entrance to the Wind Ruins) to find this Wind Crest.
Veil Falls
This can be found at the top of the wall on the east side.
Cloud Tops
The Crest can be found right in front of the building were the Wind Tribe lives.
Lake Hylia
This spot is all ready activated.
